Watershed Programs Coordinator

Jeremy joined CRWC in 2008 and is our watershed ecologist.  He coordinates CRWC’s water quality sampling efforts and bio-monitoring programs, such as the Adopt-A-Stream program.  He also supports our educational, outreach, and stewardship activities.

Jeremy received a B.S. in conservation ecology from Northern Michigan University and is currently conducting research towards his M.S. thesis.  His research interests includes: aquatic invertebrate ecology, ecosystem subsidy exchanges, and river management and land use practices.  Prior to joining CRWC, Jeremy worked for the Cranbrook Institute of Science as an educator, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as an invasive species biological technician.

Jeremy enjoys fly-fishing, backpacking and other outdoor recreational activities in his spare time.
