Michele Palermo

Education and Stewardship Director

Michele joined the CRWC in 2008.

She graduated from Northern Michigan University in Marquette where she studied Ecology.

As the Watershed Education and Stewardship Director, she is responsible for all of the programming including the storm water education program.

Prior to joining CRWC, Michele was employed by Cranbrook Institute of Science as their Watershed Education Coordinator. Her background includes assisting communities on their Public Education Initiatives for storm water management.

She has coordinated community events including the annual Rouge River Water Festival at Cranbrook and assisted in implementation of the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair Water Festivals.
