IMG_0306Congratulations to CRWC Board of Director Jamie Burton for being MWEA’s WATERSHED MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR!

This award recognizes an individual for their efforts in promoting activities and professionalism in watershed management and watershed protection issues. James Burton James is a Vice President at Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in Bloomfield Hills. He provides municipal engineering services to several communities and leads environmental, stormwater management, and sustainability initiatives. James has been with 19 the company for 18 years and also manages the Environmental Engineering Department of HRC. He attended Michigan State University where he earned his B.S. in Biosystems Engineering and his M.B.A. in Integrative Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Michigan, and holds a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) AP credential in Building Design and Construction (BD+C) with the US Green Building Council and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) designations. James enjoys traveling up north, watching soccer and playing with his children, Carter and Riley.
