2023 EVENT DETAILS

Events details will be updated for 2024’s Crafts on the Clinton in the summer of 2024.

  • Tickets can be purchased through our registration platform. Sales will go live in the summer of 2024.

  • Ample parking is available for free at multiple locations near the event. We recommend parking at the Sterling Heights Senior Center. Additional parking can be found at the Richard J. Notte City Center or at Dodge Park.

  • Feel free to arrive anytime between 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Volunteers will be able to help you check in when entering the Sterling Heights Farmers Market Pavilion. Re-entry into the event is permitted with verification of ID and registration.

  • Please bring a copy of your ticket and a valid ID. Tickets will be checked at the door.

  • Safety is a top priority at Crafts on the Clinton. Every event attendee is responsible for ensuring they have a safe way to and from the event. Rideshares or designated drivers are both good options. DD Tickets are available for those who would like to enter the event, but who will not be consuming alcohol. DD ticketholders will be provided with a special identifier to ensure they are not served alcohol. Drink responsibly.

  • Included with your registration is a punch card that will allow you to visit a number of breweries and wineries. At each tasting station, the pourer will punch your card in exchange for a sample.

Ten sample pours are included with ticket purchases. Pour volume varies between 1-4 ounces based on the product. Wine, mead pours, and other high ABV percentage drinks will have smaller pours, but most products, like low ABV percentage beers, will have a 4-ounce pour.

Most breweries and wineries are bringing multiple products, but it's up to you to decide which breweries and wineries you stop at, what products you try from each vendor, and what you sample more than once.

Additional punch cards will also be available for purchase, but most participants will find that ten 1-to-4-ounce pours is just about right.

  • A food voucher is also included with ticket purchases. The food voucher will cover the cost of an entree from a participating food truck. Additional food is available for purchase.

  • 21 and over ONLY. You MUST show valid ID upon arrival and have registered prior to the event to enter the Farmers Market Pavilion. Children (including babies) and guests cannot enter the pavilion, even if accompanied by an adult/registrant.

  • Refunds are accepted only if notice of cancellation and request for refund is given to the Clinton River Watershed Council 72 hours before the start of the event. The registration processing fee and Eventbrite fee cannot be refunded.

VOLUNTEER FOR THE BREW CREW

WHAT IS THE BREW CREW?

The Brew Crew is the team of volunteers that makes Crafts on the Clinton possible. We need volunteers to help pour products, set up, tear down, and serve as friendly faces for other participants. You can also volunteer at Crafts on the Clinton for a reduced ticket price!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To volunteer for the Brew Crew, click the "Get Tickets" registration link above, and enter promo code BREWCREW to reveal the volunteer tickets. Then just select whether you want to be assigned to a shift, or if you want to volunteer for the whole event.

DO I VOLUNTEER FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT?

Yes and no. There are two options to volunteer:

1. Shifts

The Brew Crew will be broken into two shift groups; Group A (helping with setup, pouring from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., and participating in the event from 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.) and Group B (participating in the event from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., pouring from 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., and helping tear down).

Members of the Brew Crew will be assigned to groups prior to the beginning of the event. Volunteers are expected to remain onsite, participating in the event or working their shift.

2. Entire Event

Volunteers who want to serve for the entire event (volunteer for both shifts) can enter the event for free.

ATTEND AS A BEER, WINE, FOOD, OR ART VENDOR

Without the support of vendors, Crafts would not be possible! If you are interested in putting your product in front of hundreds of beer and wine enthusiasts who are passionate about supporting local businesses and supporting our mission to protect fresh water, reach out to Cole Pachucki (cole@crwc.org) for more information.

SPONSOR CRAFTS 2023

Clean water is a critical ingredient in more than just the brewing process. Our water resources affect everything from farming to recreation, community health to manufacturing. By supporting the Clinton River Watershed Council (CRWC) and other clean water initiatives, these companies are getting involved in the stewardship of local water resources.

Every sponsorship with CRWC helps provide individuals and communities with opportunities for hands-on learning, stream-side experiences, opportunities to volunteer, and access to recreation. We thank the organizations who have made it a priority to support the health of the Clinton River Watershed.
